Sue Scoggins

As a child of an Air Force Colonel, I travelled the world. Any talent I had for painting lay dormant for years, as I raised a family and cared for my husband with early onset Alzheimer disease. The seeds that had been planted soon began to grow as I clamored to hold onto all that was good during such an impossible time. I've come to love color and spontaneity. Color breaks me free of the mundane. It brings energy, light and life to a painting.
